FAQ

Can I wear this in the water?

Yes. This is jewelry you can live in.

Our pieces are made with hand-spun rope and designed to be waterproof, sweatproof, and ocean-safe - so you can swim, shower, work out, and travel in it without ever taking it off.

Will this hold up if I wear it every day?

Yes. Tula Blue is made for real life, not just special occasions.

We hand-spin our rope using a nautical-grade material, designed to be strong, flexible, and long-lasting - even with daily wear.

How does sizing work?

Our bracelets and adjustable necklaces are designed for an easy, comfortable fit.

Our necklaces and anklets are made to order - simply choose your preferred length for a just-right fit.

Our Total Tula and Tula Tie are one-size-fits-all and designed to be worn in multiple ways.

Can I stack this with other pieces?

Yes - Tula Blue is designed to be layered.

Most customers start with one piece and quickly build a stack they wear every day - it’s where Tula really comes to life.

The more you stack, the more you save:

• 2 pieces → 10% off
• 3 pieces → 15% off
• 5+ pieces → 20% off

No code needed.

Is this a good gift?

Yes - this is the kind of piece people put on and never take off.

It’s meaningful, easy to wear, and designed to go with everything, which makes it one of our most-loved gifts.

Perfect for birthdays, milestones, or just because.

How fast does it ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow it every step of the way.
