When are you live? +
Most Tuesdays at 7pm CT on Whatnot. We take the occasional week off, so join our text list to always know when we’re going live.
Do I need the app? +
The full live shopping experience is best in the free Whatnot app, but you can also watch on whatnot.com.
How does the auction work? +
Most pieces start at $1 and go to the highest bidder. It moves fast, it’s easy to join in, and it’s honestly a blast.
Is it safe to buy? +
Yes. You pay securely through Whatnot, and every order is backed by their Buyer Protection.
What’s a “vault” piece? +
A vault piece is a true one-of-a-kind. When it sells, it’s gone for good — that’s the fun of it.
How does shipping work? +
We ship within about 2 business days. Win more than one item during a show? Your wins stack so you can save on shipping.
Can I return something? +
Live auction wins are final, so bid on the pieces you truly love.
What sizes do you offer? +
Necklaces run 14 to 24 inches, bracelets are one size, and anklets are 9 to 12 inches.
Is it really waterproof? +
Yes, for real. Swim, shower, beach — all of it.
