Tula Blue offers a warranty within 365 days of your order date for damaged items on domestic orders. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or accidents, this includes dropping your Tula, cutting the rope, cats (they love our ROPE too), etc. If you cannot find your order, please send us an email: hello@tulabluerope.com
We are happy to make repairs after 365 days, but there is a small $15 repair fee + Shipping. For more info, please email: hello@tulabluerope.com
