Tula Blue offers a warranty within 365 days of your order date for damaged items on domestic orders. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or accidents, or resizing outside the exchange window. this includes dropping your Tula, cutting the rope, cats (they love our ROPE too), etc.
