Custom, Sale, Mystery Bag & Gift Cards are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return for store credit. All other unworn, unaltered, and unused items can be sent back to Tula Blue within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be processed as store credit via a Tula Blue E-Gift Card.

Return Requirements for Store Credit:

1. Complete Return Form within 30 days of purchase.
2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
3. The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of submitting the Return Form.
4. Secure your Tula Blue + Return From in a padded mailer and ship with tracking. Tula Blue is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. (Please do NOT mail in a letter envelope.)
