Every piece of rope used in our jewelry is hand-spun by our team in Texas. It's one of the most challenging parts of what we do - our rope spinners can only work for about an hour at a time because of how tough it is on their hands and fingers. That's not a complaint. That's just the reality of making our rope the right way.

This one is harder to explain but easy to love. The Pearl Duet is a fully adjustable necklace with a slider - which means you can wear it at any length, from a long pendant necklace all the way up to sitting closer to the collarbone. It also works as a hat band!  Some customers have even found ways to wrap it as a bracelet, though that truly depends on wrist size.

Can You Really Wear It Every Day?

Can I wear it in the shower? Yes. The nautical-grade rope is designed to get wet. Just let it air dry naturally.

Can I wear it in the ocean or pool? Yes. Saltwater and chlorine won't break it down the way they do with metal jewelry.

Can I sleep in it? Yes. Many of our customers never take their pieces off - that's kind of the point.

Will it tarnish? No. Because there's no metal coating to wear away. The rope holds its color and integrity over time.

Is it comfortable enough to wear all day? Yes. The hand-spun rope is lightweight and soft against the skin. Most people tell us they forget they're wearing it.
